These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bien.watch and any purchase you make from Bien NYC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders, Reservations & Pricing

Because Bien NYC watches are produced in limited batches, some listings allow you to reserve a watch with a deposit rather than pay in full at checkout; the remaining balance is due before your watch ships. Placing a deposit reserves production capacity for your configuration but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (including after confirmation), and correct pricing or listing errors, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount paid. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. For deposit orders, your remaining balance will be charged using the same method on file unless you contact us to update it.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at max@bien.watch of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, or to resell products purchased from us in a manner that misrepresents our brand.
